Vanadium is a silver grey metal, malleable, qualitative hard, non magnetic, resistant to acid and sulfuric acid, corrosion resistance, not by air oxidation, dissolved in hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid and aqua regia. Mainly used in special steel, widely used in chemical industry, special glass, ceramics, textile, rubber, paint, photography, film, medicine, batteries and other products.Our country has rich deposits of vanadium, the share of the global reserves of11.6%minerals are mainly magnetite, vanadium and vanadium from stone coal state state. Vanadium titanium magnetite mainly concentrated in the Sichuan Panzhihua area and Hebei area of Chengde, stone coal vanadium distributed in19provinces (area).Vanadium is a new direction of the development of China’s vanadium smelting industry, is one of the important ways of comprehensive utilization of coal, has the significant practical significance. The current domestic industrial vanadium by sodium chloride roasting+water leaching, oxidation roasting calcium (calcium carbonate) and acid leaching, roasting and acid leaching, acid leaching process. The sodium chloride roasting process of vanadium yield, low cost, the use of most enterprise, has strong vitality. However, the process of using sodium chloride as additives, heavy metal ion exchange column liquid with a certain concentration of nickel, cadmium in ion vanadium extraction, concentration of Ni2+1.0~8.Omg/L, Cd2+0.01~0.5mg/L. If the ion exchange column liquid after treatment, no direct discharge to the environment, have certain pollution to the surrounding environment, domestic and foreign study on this blank. Aiming at this problem, remove the conditions of nickel ion exchange column, cadmium and other heavy metal ions in wastewater, removal process in order to find out the effect of removing nickel, cadmium and other heavy metal ions.Studies show that D113macroporous weakly acidic cation exchange resin exchange capacity for Ni2+, Cd2+, exchange capacity was affected by pH, the best pH in the6.5~8.0, the maximum value at pH7.2, the solubility of resin exchange capacity is mainly affected by the carboxylate and ionization degree of Ni2+, Cd2+hydroxide product constant effect, post column liquid concentration the exchange capacity of resin, temperature has little effect;001×7strong acid cation exchange resin is smaller, by pH, column after concentration, temperature.Research shows that treatment of Ni2+, Cd2+mixed solution with D113resin priority and Ni2+exchange,20min exchange, Ni2+with Ni2+concentration decreased rapidly; when the concentration of Ni2+is60%when the concentration of Cd2+, two kinds of ion exchange resin and Ni2+was preferentially; exchange completely, after all the exchange Cd2+. Capacity of a sequential ion exchange was:Ni2+> Cd2+, the ability of Ni2+ion exchange resin is6.59times that of Cd2+, that is K=K Ni2+Na+/K Cd2+Na+=6.59.Research shows that waste water, low temperature, ion exchange slow:exchange curve of10°to30°,50°ratio curve down slightly increased slowly; solubility increased temperature:high concentration slightly50°Ni2+under the exchange100min.
