| Nano CuO prepared by means of direct precipitation were filled in anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template. Cu@CNTs nano materials were generated during the preparation of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Then Cu@CNTs were azided to get Cu(N3)2@CNTs. These results lay foundations for further research and development of new nano energetic materials. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, aligned CNTs were prepared with CVD by using C2H2as carbon source, Ar carrier gas, Fe(NO3)3as catalyst precursor, H2as a reducing gas and AAO as template at different temperature, pressures and deposition time. The growth of CNTs under different conditions was characterized by SEM and Raman. The results show that the process of removing AAO can purify the CNTs. The most suitable temperature, pressure, deposition time were750℃,-0.04MPa and2h. Under this condition, CNTs were uniform diameter, high quality and open ends at both sides.Secondly, nano CuO were prepared with alcohol thermal method, quick precipitation and direct precipitation, respectively. The effects of ageing time influence on product in the direct precipitation were also researched. XRD, SEM, TEM and SAED were used to characterize the samples. Results indicate that compared to other two methods, small, well-distributed and high yield CuO nanoparticles were synthesized using direct precipitation with the precursor aging3h.Thirdly, physical adsorption, ultrasonic-heating-calcination were used to fill nano CuO into CNTs, and AAO template filtration method were used to prepare Cu@CNTs composite materials. The results of XRD, SEM and TEM indicate that Cu@CNTs could be prepared using AAO template filtration method with high efficiency.Lastly, Cu@CNTs were azided to prepare Cu(N3)2@CNTs. The products were characterized by XRDã€TEM and SAED. And the results indicate that only little Cu nanotubes in CNTs were azided. But this method provides a new idea for preparation of nano materials. |
