I get the point with maximum press value and explicit position, and make the positions that contain a little bigger stresses clear. With the material property of the house given by the company, I check the house on the point of strength. I get the stress of every typical position and the distortion of the house using the theory of Adopt the KeFu. I get a much presiser estimation of the stress and distortion of the house by using the traditional method and modern finite element method at the same time, which form the situation of mutual validation of the two method.The house will encounter all kinds of dynamic loads in the rolling process. In order to avoid the phenomenon of sympathetic vibration so that the house can be used reasonably, I have analyzed the modal of the house, the ten phase of natural frequency of which have been got.
