Al-Cu-Mg alloy has been widely application in aerospace, automobile and armsindustry and other fields, because it has a high tensile strength, toughness and heatresistance and other advantages.But the present study on alloy still stay on experimentalobservation and analysis,not electronic level.This paper calculated solid solution,segregation and precipitation phase electronic structure of Al-Cu-Mg alloy in solidsolution treatment and aging treatment process using EET and calculation method ofalloy electronic structure parameters of statistical value,analysis the electronic structureand properties of alloy relationship.Provide the basis for Alloy design.Main research:Firstly,Modeling electronic structure of Al-Cu-Mg alloy phase. Cu, Mg atomicsubstitution matrix Al atoms of α Alcell (001) surface to form a solid solution and GP.Cu, Mg atoms on the alloy has a strengthening effect.Two elements together tostrengthen is better than single element.Secondly,The calculation alloy electronic structure parameters of statistical value ofthe Al-Cu-Mg alloy phase interface. On the basis of alloy electronic structureparameters of statistical value, calculation of the mechanical properties of the alloy. Thecalculation results and actual conform to.
