| With the continuous advancement of printing technology, as well as the printing industry gradually develop to high-speed and high-quality direction, the traditional technology of presswork quality detection is hard to suffice the requirement of presswork quality in the new situation. Face with this problem, the technology of printed matter quality detection which base on full screen has been suggested in this article. Use the theory of image processing and machine vision as the basic theory, the system structure theory of full screen detection system and the theory of the control technology of full screen detection system have been researched in this article, and the constitute mode of the control mode has been suggested in this paper.Use the researching to the theory of image processing and machine vision as the basis, the system structure theory of full screen detection system has been researched in this article, and the constitute mode that the full screen detection system is composed by illuminance system, image acquisition system and image processing system has been confirmed in this paper. And the constitute mode and workflow of full screen detection system have been analyzed in this article. And then use the above theory as the basis, the theory of the control technology and the constitute mode of the control mode of full screen detection system have been suggested in this article, and the constitute method that the control mode is composed by illuminance system, image acquisition system, image processing system and machine control system has been confirmed in this paper. The final, the appropriate hardware which accord with the constitute method of control mode are provided to compose the control mode of full screen detection system in this experiment, and the control theory has been validated by programming with Visual C++. The result of experiment indicates the constitute method and the theory of control mode are accord with the requirement of full screen detection system.Face with the problem that the location deviation of the print image on the presswork, the theory of the orientation technology of full screen detection system has been researched in this paper, and the method which adjusts the horizontal and vertical direction and rotation direction has been suggested in this article. And then the orientation theory has been validated by programming with Visual C++. The result of experiment indicates the theory of the orientation technology can adjust the location deviation between two image on two same presswork. |
