The operation indices of beneficiation process combine the decision-making level of production indices with process control level. These indices relate to the benefit of enterprises directly. In order to maximize the benefit, the operation indices of beneficiation process are needed to be optimized in the event that the work condition is changeful. The optimization is to optimize the operation indices of beneficiation process based on the comprehensive production index given by the layer of optimization of production targets. Considering many factors such as the multivariate, close coupling, strongly non-linear and the volatility of the work condition in the beneficiation process, this thesis adopts the multi-objective optimization and rule-based correction strategy to calculate the optimum value of the operation indices to ensure the integrated production targets within the allowable error.Supported by the973project "based on security, interoperability, ease of integration of control systems and semi-physical simulation platform", the operation indices optimization software is designed and developed.The main research work is summarized as follows:(1) The structure of the optimization strategy of operation indices for beneficiation process is introduced. After the beneficiation process is deeply analyzed, the multi-objective optimization and rule-based correction is adopted as the optimization strategy, combining with the characteristics of the beneficiation process. First, the multi-objective optimization strategy is used to optimize the integrated production targets. Then, the dynamic model which reflects the relationship between the comprehensive production targets and operation indices is established to forecast production targets. The structure of the dynamic model is a combination of linear and nonlinear characteristics. And then, the rule-based feedforward correction is used to compensate the operation indices for deviation of the forecast value and the settings of the comprehensive production targets. Finally, a rule-based feedback correction is used to compensate the operation indices for the real value and the settings of the comprehensive production targets. Among them, the compensation rules are extracted after discretization, attribute reduction and rule generation through rough set from the running data.(2) The operation indices optimization software for beneficiation process is designed. First, According to the structure of the optimization strategy of operation indices for beneficiation process, the algorithm is designed. Then the algorithm modules are designed in the way of modularity, reusability. The algorithm modules are operation indices pre-setting module, comprehensive production indices forecasting module, operation indices feedforward correction module and feedback correction module. Finally, the overall data flow of software and strategy configuration are designed.(3) The operation indices optimization software for beneficiation process is developed. First, the algorithms are developed. These algorithms are non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm, ordinary least squares, least squares support vector machine and rule generation. Then the algorithm modules are developed. These modular are operation indices pre-setting module, comprehensive production indices forecasting module, operation indices feedforward correction module and feedback correction module. Finally, the optimization strategy is configured. The exchange of data between the other subsystems of the integration system is configured by using OPC.(4) The validity and accuracy of the operation indices optimization software for beneficiation process are verified. The tests are feedforward correction under constant working conditions, the combination of the feedforward and feedback correction under constant working conditions, the combination of the feedback and feedback correction under variation working conditions. It’s easy to make the conclusion that the performance of the comprehensive production indices can be controlled in the range of the allowable error.
