In this project, the supercritical CO2extraction technology is applied to extract corn sterol from corn bran, which as the raw materials. The corn sterol, as the product, is refined by short path distillation technology. the study of supercritical CO2extraction technology in the extraction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time and CO2flow impact on the sterol yield and content, draw the best of supercritical CO2extraction conditions, and corn sterol chemical composition analysis; slag powder corn bran extract sterol as raw material, high activity prepared by powder fine engineering and attritor equipment corn dietary fiber powder products, study the physical and chemical properties. Completed with a small pilot study on the basis of a pilot scale test, detailed design data for industrialization. The successful implementation of this project can contribute significantly to the deep processing and comprehensive utilization of corn bran. So we can realize reprocessing, recycling and sustainable development of this industry, which is in accordance with the country’s industrial policy and policy-oriented, and have a significant economic benefits and far-reaching social significance. |
