The carbon/carbon (C/C) composite is stable, reliable and excellent in mechanical performances and thermal properties. It is a particular advantage of C/C composite that mechanical properties keep a good or higher level under high temperature. As a result, C/C composites are widely applied on many high-tech areas such as aerospace, sports equipment, automotive, medical devices and so on. At present some achievements are already obtained about C/C composite mechanical performance and thermodynamic properties. But those are confined in normal conditions or in a particular temperature condition. Furthermore, Using building a3D model, this paper investigates tubular braided C/C composites. On that basis, temperature field and thermal coupling field are analyzed and studied.In the first chapter, C/C composites’properties, the characteristics and advantages are introduced. the development of C/C composite is summarized in detail both home and abroad. At the same time, the micro model, the numerical simulation of thermodynamics properties, analysis of interface mechanics and thermal analysis of C/C composites are reviewed. The writer explains the purpose of this topic and significance of research in the end.In the second chapter, Fibre volume fraction Vf is deduced. According to C/C braided composite model, the thermodynamic parameters are calculated separately by using volume average method. And the control equation of temperature filed is analyzed.In the third chapter, on the theory of the second chapter, numerical calculation and analysis of a rocket nozzle model temperature field are get using the finite element analysis software.In the fourth chapter, the writer analyzes the thermal coupling theory and builds its finite element format. Then, the displacement field and stress field of the model as before under temperature and pressure loads are simulated through the finite method. Finally, on the condition of constant temperature load and different pressure loads, the writer simulates and analyzes the displacement field and stress field of the model using finite element method.
