Non-circular parts with its material saving, long service life, can produce speciallaw of motion, in some special fields such as aerospace, biomedical, automotive andother industries are widely used. But the non-circular parts because of its uniqueshape and profile, the turning processing is difficult, the key is difficult to ensureaccuracy, so the limits of non-circular cross-section parts turning the popularizationand improvement. In the noncircular turning process, the requirements in the processof continuous cutting, tool high-frequency reciprocating linear motion along the radialmachining parts, do micro feed drive mechanism using linear motor direct drive tool,can satisfy the non-circular machining requirements, but the direct effect of dynamiccutting force in the linear motor, the linear servo system is a kind of outsideinterference. Only rely on the improvement of performance of micro feed mechanismand its control method, to improve the non precision round processing is very limited.Further analysis of the mechanical characteristics of noncircular turning process inthis paper, the mechanism and the basic characteristics of cutting noncircular turningprocess force, through cutting experiments on the basis of theoretical analysis, themathematical model of cutting force. The change law of the dynamic cutting forceand its effect on the microfeed servo mechanism, through the identification of microfeed mechanism of the transfer function, to determine the combination of input andoutput information obtained during the processing of dynamic cutting forceinformation, thus cutting force identification. Compensation of dynamic cutting force,seek compensation method can the dynamic cutting force and the actual use of the.The simulation and control software of MATLAB to simulate the servo control systemand the mathematical model established, through analysis and comparison, fused intoone or several methods,To eliminate the influence of dynamic cutting force in theprocess of NC noncircular turning system.
