| In China’s energy mix, coal resources has been occupying a pivotal position,accounting for over70%of China’s energy, and it is still the main source of energy inour country for quite a long time. Coal mining in our country has been a long time, andthe production scale was becoming more and more big along with the progress of themining technology.At an annual rate of812m, most of the old mine turn into deepmining gradually,Affected by the impact ground pressure and mining,many originalanchor support in severe deformation of roadway destruction, especially soft, brokencoal roadway deformation damage more serious. This phenomenon is enormousimplications for coal mine safety in production, so roadway reinforcement is needed.It is of great significance to in-depth study support technical of bolt (cable) andfailure mechanism of the surrounding rock and diffusion mechanism and morphology ofGrouting.These theories provided support reinforcement of the broken wall rockroadway deep with the theoretical foundation.This article analyzed the deformation characteristics and the influencing factorsand the roadway deformation mechanics mechanism of the roof of Sima mine’ twomining district Hou-che lane. These are based on reading a large number of the brokenroadway’s papers and documents.Grouting to improve the carrying capacity of surrounding rock as a startingpoint,we analysis the slurry’s flow low and the form of network when grouting the coalroadway roof,and so on.We designed the Hollow grouting anchor cable parametersã€grouting parameters〠grouting anchor cable construction technique and groutingconstruction technology by the empirical formula and related theoretical formulas. Andthen,we develop a realistic construction design of two mining district Houche RoadwayComputer simulations applies Flac3Dto Research the roof’s deformation of the twomining district Houche roadway (in the section) between hollow grouting cablesupporting and hollow grouting cable without supporting in soft seam gateway.,Theresults is that: the Surrounding rock stress extending to the deep and hollow groutingcable has played a good role in the stability of surrounding rock.Finally, we verify the reasonableness of theoretical analysis and numericalsimulation results through live rock pressure measured data.The research provides atheoretical reference and practical experience for the application of hollow grouting anchor cable technology,and there are certain practical significance and reference valuefor the Similar conditions’s coal seam reinforcement of roadway supportimplementation of the program. |
