| With the continuous improvement of people’s environmentalconsciousness and the higher requirements of print, water-based ink areused widely because of its low volatility to reduce air pollution andreduce the residual solvent in the packaging at the same time.1ã€Polyacrylate emulsion was obtained by semi-continuous emulsionpolymerization with methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, acrylic acid asmonomers; ammonium persulfate as initiator; alkylphenol ethoxylatesand sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as emulsifier and deionized wateras solvent. Through the research of the influence of different dosages ofdrugs and different technological conditions on the performance ofwater-based acrylate emulsion, established the best solution for theaqueous acrylic resin emulsion semi-continuous synthesis with allpre-emulsifier, monomers optimum ratio of45.0/53.0, and the amount ofemulsifier is3%of monomer and the quality of SDS/OP-10proportion of5:1, the reaction temperature set at78℃to90℃.2ã€Polyacrylate emulsion containing ketone carbonyl was obtainedby semi-continuous emulsion polymerization with methyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate, acrylic acid as co-monomers and diacetone acrylamide asfunctional monomer. The acrylic emulsion was produced by adipicdihydrazide as the crosslinker occurs the crosslink reaction not in storingat room temperature but in the later drying stage of the emulsion when theammonia volatile and the pH volume of the drying film becomelow.Study shows that the solid content of acrylate emulsion with3%diacetone acrylamide reached50%,the particle size is determined around68.1nm and the distribution is narrow.The film cured at roomtemperature with high opacity,high-gloss, fast film-forming rate and goodoverall performance.3ã€Gravure Water-based ink was prepared by mixing diacetoneacrylamide-adipate hydrazide of modified acrylate emulsion which weresynthesized by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization with blue alkaline pigment. The effect of crosslinking system modification on thegravure water-based ink performances was studied. The results show thatthe solid content of acrylate emulsion growed, the particle size decreased,while the viscosity of water-based ink increased, the stabilityimproved, the adhesion increased, the water resistance and acid-alkaliresistance became stronger,and it can meet the requirements of gravureas viscosity, fineness, adhesive force and so on. |
