Warp knitting machine electronic let-off is an important part of the process in the warpknitting machine weaving, the warp product of the change requires the cooperation ofelectronic let-off system, and sometimes it needs to reverse the warp beams to meetrequirements of production, while the stopping mask is a key factor, it s also an importantindicator to measure the but also measure the warp knitting machine performance. During theresearch of high-speed warp knitting machine, we have found that it works well whenweaving the simple-pattern crafts with constant speed, but it makes obvious Stopping markswhen weaving multi-speed crafts and the turning on or turning off, to solve the problem, onedirection is to research the dynamic characteristic of electronic let-off.Firstly, the paper introduced the development of the let-off mechanism, discussed thelet-off system research status at home and abroad, and pointed out the gap between the let-offsystem of our country and abroad. After that, the paper elaborated the significance of thisresearch.Then, the article introduces how the electronic warp let-off system works and itsdynamic characteristic, elaborate the various parts of the structure principle and the role in thesystem. The control device uses DSP as highly responsive core, detailed electronic geardesign principles and role in the process as the warp beam circumference decreases, the use ofelectronic gear function to achieve a constant warp speed delivery and proposed spindle rowscounting method.To solve serious problems as response lag in the system and open parking stripes,through a combination fuzzy control and PID control, the system propose fuzzy PID controlalgorithm, and details of the method of adjusting the PID parameters online. MATLABSimulation proved that fuzzy PID control system can improve responsiveness and reduceovershoot, and then reduce the stopping marks.Finally, in order to validate the dynamic characteristic of electronic let-off designed inthis article, the dynamic characteristics test platform is set up by four-channel vibration tester.the motion curve of the main shaft of the machine and the beam motor of electronic let-offsystem was tested, the motion curve of the beam motor was tested when multi-collected atwarp speed switching, the tension fluctuation curve was detected during warp knittingmachine running, the warp beam lagged behind the spindle axis, and the time was analyzedthrough the motion curve, through the multi-speed curve the switching time and transition canbe analyzed, from tension curve warp tension fluctuation can be analyzed.In short, this topic has exploited a electronic let-off system based on DSP after analyzingits dynamic characteristic. And the system has proved to be stable and has smooth warptension, but the dynamic response needs to be improved, it has a certain significance toimprove the level of warp knitting equipment.
