China is a big country in apple cultivation, and it’s an exporting superpower inconcentrated apple juice. Export of concentrated apple juice has bring huge economic benefitsfor our country and promote the industrialization development of apple and its products. However, apple pests are serious, causing extensive use of pesticides to protect production.Application of pesticide on apple is very common and frequent, such as Carbendazim,Chlorpyrifos, Imidacloprid, Tebuconazole, causing pesticide residues. With the increasedcompetition of international import and export of fruit juice, developed countries increasedthe detection of pesticide residue of fruit juice in china, using PF to represent the process ofpesticide residues in fruit juice. Therefore, establishment of PF for commercial production offruit juice processing is very important, and we can join the experimentation standards; It’simportant to do the work of residue analysis and risk assessment. In this study, the appel trees were sprayed on Tebuconazole, Imidacloprid, Carbendazimand Chlorpyrifos in the filed, and then processed the appel by simulating commercialprocessing of apple juice. Chlorpyrifos in apple, fresh apple juice and concentrated appel juicewere detected by gas chromatography; Imidacloprid and Carbendazim by high performanceliquid chromatography; Tebuconazole by gas chromatography mass spectroscopy. The mainresults are as follows:1. Via the test results we can study and analyze the pesticide residues dynamics ofvarious aspects of commercial processed juice. The results showed that: to a certain extent, washing could get rid of the residues and the removal rate could reach to14.1%~59.3%.Fruitjuice commercialization process can effectively reduce pesticide residues and the pesticideresidues in fresh fruit juice only accounts for0.4%~24.2%of the raw fruit. Adsorption is themost effective way to detach the pesticide residues, which can remove pesticide residues infruit almost totally. With the water loss of the enrichment process, the rate of pesticideresidues in concentrated fruit juice are significantly improved.2.The final process factor was calculated through the raw material for the productionwere seen as primary agricultural products. The results are as follows: the technology finalprocessing coefficients of Imidacloprid, Carbendazim, Tebuconazole,Chlorpyrifos in cloudyjuice processing were0.799,0.792(low),0.523(high),0.176,0.011(low),0.011(high); juiceprocessing technology were all zero. The fact illustrated that the two processes both could reduce the pesticide residues in the final product to some extent, and juice processingtechnology works much more pronounced.3. This study is the first time trial spraying through field; we simulate commercialprocessing of apple juice and analyze pesticide residues of fruit juice processing dynamicallyin all aspects, to initially set up PF of commercial production of fruit juice processing, toprovide technical support of commercial production and import and export trade of applejuice.
