Intelligent Monitoring System For The Spinning Process Of Carbon Fiber

Carbon fiber spinning process is a multi-part production conditions and complex large-scale production systems. The implementation of monitoring and controlling the production process requires not only mastering the production equipments and technologies, but also learning to design and optimize production process. This paper is a sub-project of the dynamic evolution of the model with carbon fiber forming process coordinated control program. The main research is as follows:Firstly we studied the carbon fiber spinning process, Preparation and larger factor polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber filament yarn in effect on the performance of the original analysis. Design intelligent monitoring system framework according to the industrial production of carbon fiber carbon fiber industrial process.Second, we detailed design of the monitoring reasonable level, multi-monitor mode, high intelligence, high reliability, easy maintenance monitoring systems and management sub-module carbon fiber industry Intelligent Monitoring System according to the carbon fiber industry intelligent monitoring system framework.Then, we established SAGA-SVR forecasting model predicts carbon fiber performance based on carbon fiber spinning process and support vector regression theory. Results show that SAGA-SVR has obvious advantages comparing by BP neural network.At last we designed and developed the Monitoring software on intelligent terminal on Android-based system. Conceptual designed and hardware designed smart watches used to monitor the field. Monitoring software can be loaded in front of the design and development of the Android system can be completed at the end of the monitoring smart watch.
