Research On The Adjustment And Reconstruction Of Anti-corrsion System In Heshui Zhuangyi Joint Station

Equipment within the joint station not only contact with the corrosive medium frequently,but also be affected by the external environment of corrosion, therefore the corrosion situation is serious. At the beginning of Zhuang yi joint station construction, because the reason of subjective and objective,anticorrosive facilities are not perfect.So with the continuous deepen of corrosion, the service life of equipment shorten greatly,and bright great harm to production safety.It is necessary to make some proper adjustment and reform for the current anticorrosive system.In this paper, The corrosion of main metal equipment, tanks, piping, three phase separator, and heating furnace were researched and the causes of corrosion were find out,and targeted to some adjustments and reforms have been done to the corrosion protection measures in the joint station.According to the storage tank inside, the outer wall of the corrosion condition,The original chloro-sulfonated polyethylene coatings was replaced by the epoxy glass flake anticorrosive coating,Tank bottom of the sacrificial anode cathodic protection is replaced by deep well anode. By the analysis of pipe and the corrosion of buried pipe network, epoxy glass flake coating and the deep well anode were used to corrosion reform;By adding corrosion inhibitor and bactericide in the separator and protecting the heating furnace with coating to solve the corrosion problem of three-phase separator and heating furnace. Some improved measures were taked from the aspects of design and the field application;The joint station of stray current has been carried on the thorough research and analysis,The sources and forms of stray current is more complex, because of the joint station scale expansion, as well as the factors of influence of the stray current and corrosion rate of metal are studied and put forward the concrete measures of stray current protection.This paper is based on the analysis under the condition of the equipment corrosion,Considering from the practicability, security, reliability and so on,Take reasonable and effective adjustment measures,To improve the service life of equipment.
