In the later period of oilfield development, the research of residual oil distribution law is the key of oilfield develop concept adjustment and exploiting. The paper studied Liuqu block of Chuankou oilfield as the research object, combined with advanced methods and means of geology, geophysics and reservoir engineering. First, studied the geological characteristics of reservoirs in the block, based on the study of geological characteristics of reservoirs make a comprehensive evaluation of reservoir; secondly. Next, using petrel software to establish3D geological model of Liuqu block, to analysis the rationality of the model with the reserve fitting. Finally, make use of numerical simulation software (Eclipse) based on the previous geological modeling, give corresponding parameters of reservoir rock and fluid properties, and input reservoir structural and attribute data of3d geologic model after roughing of the study area. To establish three-dimensional and two-phase black oil model of numerical simulation area, based on the dynamic monitoring data of reservoir, fitting the target block of5years of production history, research the distribution of the remaining oil with history matching and3D geological model.
