Long horizontal section drilling technology can extend the displacement and the length ofthe hoirzontal section, increaseing the contact area in the well bore and reservoir in order toimprove the recovery factor of oil and gas wells. Domestic Long horizontal section drillingtechnology usually subject compound drilling technology to rotary drilling. However, thecomposite dirlling technology exists sliding dirlling, that lead to the wellbore friction increases,limiting the extending length of the horizontal displacement.By analyzing some of the features of the conventional composite drilling technology duirngrotary drilling borehole wells and the rotary steerable dirlling tool and control, as well as thehoirzontal segment of rotary dirlling, This thesis designed rotary building dirlling tool. By settingthe rotary building dirlling tool with a rotary bending deformation of the bottom hole assembly,research and analysis tools deviating force between the bit side force together, solving equationsand in accordance with the vertical and hoirzontal bending method, analysising torque of controlaxis of tool,and the statics relationship of tool stability controled.lastly, using SolidWorks3Dsoftware virtual structure design and key components of the tool has been designed to calculatethe rotary building dirlling tools.
