| There is a great deal of vanadium-titanium magnetite resources, complex ore containing iron is mainly used to iron making, almost all the valuable titanium in raw material comes into the slag phase, and it caused to the huge waste of resources. Therefore, it is significant and imminent for studying on extraction titanium from blast furnace slag.In this paper, the perovskite phase in blast furnace slag containing titanium has been discussed through modifying and controlling temperature, and the conditions for separation and growing up of the perovskite phase has been provided. Therefore, in this paper, the influence of temperature system for perovskite phase’ separation and growing up has been studied, and the influence of kind of additives and addition amount of perovskite phase has been researched. The conclusions are showed as follows:It has been studied of cooling rate of the mixed slag that the original slag and adding additives, the experimental results showed that the volume fraction of perovskite phase precipitation for cooling rate of1℃/min exceeded ten percent than6℃/min, and particle size was significantly coarse.Two kinds of additives were chosen:CaO-CaF2-Al2O3and steel slag. The experimental results showed that the perovskite phase separation quantity could been greatly improve by adding additive of CaO-CaF2-Al2O3or steel slag.Three kinds of the seed:TiO2(A), rich titanium material(B), and C were chosen for perovskite phase separation and growing up. The experimental results showed that the seed could improve the perovskite phase precipitation. The add temperature could influence perovskite phase separating grow up significantly, and the perovskite phase separation reached to17.7%when the seed was added at1390℃,and the amount of separating perovskite reach to83.4%that the size of above30μm. Therefore, the suitable cooling rate was1℃/min, the suitable the seed added temperature was1390℃. When additives was CaO:CaF2:Al2O3=3:2:1, the perovskite phase separation and grain size of precipitation all presented to increase (increased) reduce (decrease) after as the see increasing. The experimental results showed that the seed of addition amount was0.5g, perovskite phase separation was larger, and grain size was bigger. Three kinds of seed can promote the precipitation of perovskite phase and raised. By comparing, seed TiO2is best. When the seed addition amount was0.5g/500g slag, the effects of the steel slag addition amount was investigated for perovskite phase separation and growing up. The experimental results showed that the steel slag could be significantly improved the perovskite phase separation, and when the amount of steel slag addition amount is6%~9%, the perovskite phase separation was large quantities, the particle size is uniform. Research shows that the steel slag addition amount is7%, adding fluorite is not obvious forthe perovskite phase separating.The best technological conditions by the experimental results are:1℃/min cooling rate, the adding seed temperature is1390℃, the additive for CaO-CaF2-Al2O330g/500g slag, the seed for TiO2is0.5g/500g slag. |
