With the development of science and technology, people’s requirements about equipmentbecomes higher. because of the simple process and good overall performance, electrolessplating has been widely used in industry. Currently, Ni-P electroless plating can not meet thepeople’s needs, People began to be committed to the introduction of other alloying elements, inorder to obtain nickel-based alloys with special properties, improve the physical and chemicalproperties of the Ni-P alloy coating. Process conditions is one of the important factors that affectthe coating performance. Therefore, in order to obtain a good overall performance coating, process conditions must be strictly controlled. This article studied about the pretreatment、formula、process conditions of Ni-W-P alloycoating which affect the coating’s performance. We can get the recipe by orthogonalexperiment.By analysis the hardness、corrosion resistance and wear resistance, we can get thebest plating process.Experimental results show that Ni-W-P alloy coating is mixed crystalline. After heattreatment, It turn into crystalline. The best crafts of Ni-W-P alloy coating is as follows: pH is8.0;temperature is85℃;loading proportion is0.64dm2/L. In this condition, the hardness of thecoating is2.3times higher than the matrix; the wear resistance of the coating is3.15times higherthan the matrix; In acid solution, the corrosion resistance of the coating is1286.75times higherthan the matrix; In the salt solution, the corrosion resistance of the coating is8.04times higherthan the matrix; After heat treatment of400℃×1h, hardness and wear resistance reached2.72and6.56times higher than the matrix; corrosion resistance reached98.28and3.94timeshigher than the matrix.
