| Eu:YAG/YAGG/YGG polycrystalline luminous powder were prepared by citric acid low temperature combustion method,mannitol low temperature combustion method and ammonium oxalate co-precipitation method.which Eu2O3,Y2O3,Ga2O3and Al(NO3)3·9H2O were used as raw materials.The influencing factors of the three kinds of preparation methods were discussed and the best preparation plan was summarized. The samples were characterized via XRD, IR, SEM and fluorescence spectra.XRD and IR test showed that the best calcined temperature was900℃.which the Eu:YAG,Eu:YAGG,Eu:YGG phase was obtained by mannitol low temperature combustion method and ammonium oxalate co-precipitation method. But the Eu:YAG phase was formed when it was calcined at1000℃by citrie-acid low temperature combustion method, and Eu:YAGG/YGG phase was obtained at900℃by citric acid low temperature combustion method.SEM analysis indicated that the dispersion of YGG is the best.The fluorescence spectra showed that Eu:YAG,Eu:YAGG,Eu:YGG polycrystalline luminous powder had two main emission peaks,that is592nm and610nm.In conclusion, the same calcined temperature,ammonium oxalate co-precipitation preparation is the best among three methods, and the YGG was the best matrix. |
