The gears are widely used in modern mechanical transmission equipment, is the basis of one of the key components in the transmission equipment, its quality directly affects the service life of the entire transmission equipment, gear measuring technology has an important value and significance.The main work of the thesis are preprocessing of gear measurement data, construction of standard digital gear model, extraction of gear error parameters, and construction of the measured gear three-dimensional model. Thinking based on comparison of measured gear data and standard digital gear model, the individual circular pitch error, base tangent length error and profile error of measured gear are tested. Provide detailed data to reconstruct3D gear model for subsequent simulation analysis, optimum designing of tooth form,NC machining and so on.
