| Tool grinding machine is an absolutely necessary one for tool grinding in machinery.The tool was made out with high efficiency, high accuracy and high reliability by using theadvanced tool grinding machine is a very important sign in improving processing technologyof machine. Special grinding machine has been developed in aboard in the field of toolgrinding equipment. However the research interiorly is still in prime stage. The design ofcontrol system is the Precognition condition to ensure machining accuracy for tool grindingmachine.This thesis is a sub-item of The Research of Machine tool grinding center which is oneof Shaanxi Province Industrial Research Projects (2009K07-09).The Mission is to develop anopening control system for the tool grinding machine device that can be used in grindingturning tool, milling cutter, drilling bit etc.According the mission of the project, the overall design of the machine grindingmachine is finished.The ball screw drive and the worm drive were used in the mechanicalpart.The technical parameter such as the position accuracy is reached0.001mm and thegrinding angle accuracy is reached±50″.The precision of detecting part can meet the designrequirement by detailed designing and calculation for the AC servo meter, motor driver,encoder, grating and the other electrical components.The double CPU control systemcomposed of PC and special NC was built by using PCI Multi-axis motion control card(Tubro PMAC2) and industrial personal computer (Advantech IPC-610) in control part.Theelectrical control cabinet schematic and the detailed wiring between PMAC and the othercomponents were drawn.After the PID adjustment and the plat position accuracy detectionand analysis, system error compensation was finished by software. The technique in locationaccuracy improving was found.The performance of control system can meet the requirement by detecting and adjusting. |
