| Diving as a recreational sports for the purpose of exercise and recreation, loved by the public, more and more young people regard diving as a recreational lifestyle.Due to the general diving activities in the sea, river, lake and other places, where the water temperature is generally lower, while divers involved in the diving events will encounter cold problems.And wet diving pants warm principle is relied on till water between the skin and diving pants,also with the thickness of diving fabrics to keep warm.Therefore, the key point of this research was how to make wet diving pants tight and fit to our body as much as possible on the premise of diving comfort, and reduce the temperature lost during diving in consequence of the excessive loose measurement cause the water convection in diving pant. At the same time, tight fitting diving pants can release the problem of water leave on it during diving, which is conducive to the diving comfort.The major of the study is as follow:1. Through visits and questionnaires, etc., to understand the characteristics of scuba diving, diving common action and structural problems exist in wet pants diving.2. Study on the structure of zero loose fitted trousersIt begins with the relationship between the human body and clothing to drape for the zero loose fitted trousers, so we can obtain three-dimensional cutting pattern design. With the help of the geometrical model, we calculate and study the theory of design on zero loose pattern.At the same time, obtain the method of plane drawing about the structural design of pattern of zero loose fitted trousers.3. Loose design of the wet diving pantsBased on no elastic loose of fitted trousers,This article do a research on the design of elastic loose in wet diving loose pants:Sports loose,fabric thickness,elastic loose.1) The design of sports loose:design a dynamic experiments based on the characteristics of wet diving,analyze the dynamic rate of change of human lower limb skin, further study the sports loose issues.2) Required fabric thickness loose:determine the thickness of the test sample thickness according to the fabric thickness, calculate the needed loose of wet diving pants in the study.3) research on the elastic loose. First, research on the mechanical properties was done, which gave a relationship between strain and stress.Second, choice different points of curvature to test the relationship between fabric elasticity and clothing pressure, obtain quadratic regression equation under different points of curvature. According to human comfort clothing pressure, determine the amount of elastic loose of different points of curvature parts considering clothing pressure comfort as an important basis for elastic loose.This article used the method of integrating theory with practice which means basic study integrating with experiments. Therefore, the conclusion is scientific and reliable.The wet pants design methodology fully consider the structural characteristics of the human body, the professional sports and the mechanical properties of the fabric.It further proves to be accuracy and feasibility through experimental test.Its design principles maximally close to human body on ensuring reasonable sports performance of wet diving pants. |
