Electrolytic aluminum industry has been one of high energy consuming industries in industrial production. The consumption of electrical energy directly affects the survival and development of those companies. Especially in recent years, with the rising price of electricity, aluminum electrolysis enterprises are facing more and more survival pressure. In order to realize the enterprise production efficiency and reduce power consumption, domestic and foreign workers conducted long-term a lot of research. At present, the domestic enterprises technical indicators compared to the corresponding aluminum electrolysis enterprises of foreign advancedthere is still a certain gap. It shows that the domestic electrolytic aluminum enterprises have great potential to achieve lowering production cost in saving energy and reducing consumption.The accurate measurement of anode current distribution can be indirectly reducing the anode effect coefficient, reduce the effect of voltage sharing, improve current efficiency. By the production of aluminium electrolytic DC consumption informula, reducing the electrolyzer voltage drop and inhancing the current efficiency can achieve energy saving and the low production cost.It research on new method to measure accurately the current distribution which is based on the green energy-saving aluminum electrolytic development background. Firstly, according to the strong magnetic field environment, the actual conductive conductor is abstracted into rectangular conductor model, which is based on the theory of electromagnetic field. It derived the integral model to accurate solution of finite length rectangular conductor of magnetic induction intensity. Through MATLAB simulation and the experimental data the paper obtained current measurement formula for appling to embedded system.On this basis, through the analysis of the experimental data, the papre established the Hall sensor topology to eliminate the interference of magnetic field. Then it uses the designed Hardware circuit to realise the real-time measurement and monitoring for anode current distribution.Secondly, the experiments are carried out to the influence of position disturbance on the measuring accuracy with the measurement process. Through the experimental platform it practiced to verify the stability measurement system. At the same time, put forward the concrete request to the Hall sensor topological structure. Finally, with the actual data measured on the normal operation of the cell, it verified the validity and feasibility of this model.
