Edible oil plant residue meal is an important economic indicator. With the development of theedible oil industry and the market competition intensifies, various edible oil refinery in orderto remain invincible in the competition, we must improve product quality while reducing mealresidual oil, reduce losses.In this paper, the factors affecting the residual oil and meal solutions were studied. Thepurpose is through the materials, technology, equipment, operations, technology and otheraspects of exploration, optimizing fuel oil extraction and leaching conditions to minimizeresidual oil meal, and improving economic efficiency.This thesis consists of three parts:(Ⅰ) pretreatment of corn germ;(Ⅱ) corn germ oilextraction process; leaching process (Ⅲ) pre-pressed corn germ cake. The content andconclusions of the study are as follows principal:1. By comparing the quality of raw materials, cleaning cleaning, crushing, softening, flaking,such as steaming and roasting process stage, and ultimately determine the optimal conditionsfor oil pretreatment method for the specific operation; through the development of rawmaterial quality indicators, to ensure that the raw materials into the plant Fresh stable; Aftercrushing machine by adjusting the upper and lower teeth roll gap of3mm±0.5mm and2mm±0.5mm, to ensure that the oil was broken, uniform size, not oil, not a group, small powderdegree requirements; adjust the size and softening pan direct steam indirect steam inletpressure to ensure that the softening temperature of35℃~45℃, after softening moisturecontent of between7%to8%; adjusted flaking mill and the roll gap between the two rollerspressure, so rolling out a sheet thickness of0.3embryos mm~0.4mm, rolled out thin anduniform flakes sensory requirements, less into a powder, does not reveal the oil does not leakmaterial.2. Through the pre-pressing machine pressing chamber pressure, squeezing time, presstemperature of analysis to determine the pre-pressing machine controlled by controlling thecurrent to35A~45A, improve virgin bore pressure to reduce the residual cake; transform forpre-press machine, replace the pre-press machine pulley, lower pre-pressing machine pressing screw speed, extend pre-press time, reduce the residual cake.3. By analyzing process conditions during leaching, solvent oil quality, leaching temperatureand other factors to determine the hexane solvent oil I use5%to95%between66~70℃distillate Fan Wai; pan leaching reactor the material layer height of2~3m, leaching time is90to120minutes, leaching temperature55~62℃, after leaching the wet cake containing30%solvent, mixing the oil concentration of20to25%.
