| Torpedo ladle car is as an important transport equipment between the cohesion and steelmaking, it has a large capacity, the multi-axes, complex structure, the running speed and the characteristics of the high line requirement. Torpedo ladle car can store hot metal in short time, to coordinate with the uneven state of iron steel temporary appear, if necessary, desulfurization, dephosphorization operations can be done in the torpedo ladle car in order to shorten the steel smelting time.Torpedo ladle car running lines are mainly small radius curve, and the tank is difficult through these small radius curve, if designed properly, it will cause the tank overturning, derailment and other accidents. So torpedo ladle car safety attention has been paid, and the wheel-rail dynamic security embodied in the curve, so far tanker safety performance from the static curve mostly work through a performance perspective, it is necessary for torpedo ladle car analyzed by the dynamic performance of small radius curves.In this paper,using multibody dynamics software SIMPACK, establish a dynamic simulation model of320t torpedo ladle car, the dynamic performance of the simulation analysis,from the tanker through steady-state curve, dynamic through plane curve track and grouping through the flat vertical section. Steady curve through of torpedo ladle car including offset and angle calculations, the results show that the torpedo ladle car maximum deflection coupler angle of11.15°, less than the allowable angle coupler, meet the steady state by plane curve radius of150m geometric requirements.When torpedo ladle car moving through the plane curve, with a significant dynamic wheel/rail interaction, evaluation of the dynamics calculations are in line TB/T17426-1998《Dynamic performance evaluation and test method for particular class vehicles and tracked machine》.While comparing dynamic performance of the locomotive+tanker and the locomotive+flat car+tanker, two ways of grouping through flat vertical section,the results showed that:the trains15km/h through the curves of the track, the slope of13.14%o orbital plane curve with a radius of150m combination, car coupler vertical impulse is obvious, while the rest of the profile of the coupler flat longitudinal force is small, the wheel-rail safety performance indicators meet the requirements. Comparative analysis with and without flat wagon of torpedo ladle car dynamics performance,relatively non-isolated car, torpedo ladle car coupler vertical impulse significantly improved and lateral wheel-rail performance has increased, while the wheel rail Vertical decreased performance indicators and targets to meet all the requirements. For isolated car, had little effect on their weight torpedo ladle car performance. |
