Soft magnetic alloy1J50is widely used in electronic components due to its highest saturation induction in Fe-Ni permalloy. Firstly the alloy was prepared by smelting process and the magnetic properties was investigated after different heat treatment in the paper. Both grain size and the impurity content were also observed and measured by metallographic microscope&scanning electron microscope(SEM) with Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS). Magnetic properties and hysteresis loops were investigated by Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM). Then the properties of1J50alloy power was prepared by mechanical alloying method. The structure of power was investigated by X-Ray diffraction (XRD) and magnetic properties were measured by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).The results are as follows:high vacuum is benefit evaporation of impurity with low melting point and purify the grain boundary. The grain size will get lager because of recrystallizing heat treatment, hence magnetic properties increase. The coactivity of high vacuum heat treatment samples was decreased obviously and saturation magnetization was increased slightly. Compared with high vacuum heat treatment, the magnetic field heat treatment can improve the alloy magnetic significantly.Self-propagation High-temperature Synthesis (SHS) is a new method of preparing materials. The typical characteristic of this method is the formation of combustion wave during an exothermic reaction, at the same time combustion wave trigger next chemical reaction in the whole system. The thermal explosion is used to synthesized high purity Ni-Zn ferrite. The influence of heat treatment temperature is discussed in this paper.High purity Ni-ZnFe2O4with face-centered cubic structure can be very quickly produced by SHS, and the proportion of solid solution is close to the stoichiometric ratio by formula. Under the condition of two hours, the heat preservation temperature, the higher the better the results, at the same time, the vacuum insulation heat preservation effect is better than air atmospheres.
