Free surface optical element with its superior optical performance that traditionaloptical components can’t be matched has been widely applied to important areas suchas national defense, aerospace and space telemetry。The use of fast tool servo basedon single-point diamond turning optical free-form surface (Fast tool servo, FTS)has been regarded as a potential research direction。For the measurement of theoptical properties of the surface is an important indicator of the quality assessment ofoptical free-form surface machining。 Measuring the optical properties of theworkpiece in place to reduce its secondary chucking brought errors and improve theefficiency of processing and testing,as the cross-field measurements of optical andelectrical integration is widespread concern。But how effective optical measurementand machining combined further research is still in the stage, therefore, thisdissertation will focus on the principles of light scattering from the perspective ofdesign and construction of a measurement experiment platform in place, themeasured optical surface of the workpiece scattering properties, discussed therelationship between optical properties and processing parameters。 Throughtheoretical analysis, platform structures, experimental measurement, data processingcarried out research on the test platform。This article discusses the principles of light scattering with optical freeformsurface roughness, and provide a theoretical basis demonstrated by reflecting surfacescattering model than the diffraction model, mirror model for the three models ofoptical energy measurement。Quantitative description of certain correspondencebetween flare energy distribution and roughness and scatter band。Through the use ofbeam quality analyzer measures the overall ideological reflection and scattering spotwith energy experiment to explore the principle of discrete data analysis to providetheoretical support for the further subsequent data processing。Through the three groups of11standard surface roughness measuring the opticalproperties of specimens, through the grinding, external grinding, turning threeworkpiece energy than computation, experimental data well prove important parameters as indicators of roughness of the surface topography, reflects directlyaffect the optical properties of the surface morphology,i。e, the more smooth thesurface morphology(the closer to the mirror),the stronger the reflection properties, the stronger the scattering。The surface morphology while the more "rough",reflecting its weaker performance, the stronger scattering properties。Turningreflective of the sample received by CCD energy distribution, can clearly show theenergy distribution of the emergence of a "layered" status so the use of thismeasurement for turning in terms of better performance of its optical performance, better restore the surface topography。Doing optical performance measurement on four groups of11FTS vibrationcutting specimens with surface microstructure, respectively control the axial feedrate, spindle speed,FTS and the vibration amplitude of the material cutting apparatusget the relationship between process parameters and rules, optical scatteringproperties and the vibration frequency of the workpiece FTS,FTS amplitudeproportional to the vibration cutting device with axial feed rate, spindle speed isinversely proportional。At the same time, for different workpiece material, withoutchanging the processing parameters,as reflected by the scattering exhibited consistentperformance than its material relationship。...
