By using high static electric field which made the painting atom with negative electricity moving against the direction of electric field line, vacuum electric painting is a way which can make the painting atom absorbed by work pieces surface. Vacuum electric painting craft is well accepted by the market in a short time for its good surface quality, less amount of paint, low energy consumption, easy operation and high painting efficiency. The task team uses the vacuum electric painting craft as the basis to improve and exploit the old painting machine in order to improve the painting technology and efficiency.This paper consults the painting machines already exist in the factory and use the ordinary pressure painting flow line machine for reference to adapt the request of improve the quality, save energy, reduce emission and lower energy consumption and to optimize number one painting machine and make sure that the new machine can manufacture in flow line in high efficiency and good quality. This task comes from Production-study-research in Guangdong Province. This paper mainly completed the following works:First, describe the painting industry development in domestic and point out sever questions in the field and explain the main components which need to be improved. The first topic explain the meaning of develop pro-environment vacuum painting, the trait of improve job, the prospect of development and improvement direction which is to fulfill save energy, reduce emission and lower energy consumption, and describe the necessity of improve painting flow line. At the end of the topic it gives a short description about the machines already existing and compares each merits and drawbacks as the improvement reference.Secondly, to describe the main improvement of rotating stand and spray gun cabin, adding work piece vehicle and tracks and modeling by3-D software to get reasonable design parameter. By using finite element analysis software to analyze hot press and structure optimization to get reasonable design parameter and make sure the stability of the vehicle in hot environment and light weight cabin design. Elastic-plastic mechanics equation will be used in tracks design to analyze their stress.Finally, three elements could be compositor by L933orthogonal test and find the best parameter to set the flow line. Comparing the oil paint thickness of work piece by before and after optimize the machine and using statistic way to compare the parameters in two different experiments which can prove the oil paint of the work piece in optimized machine flow line is more stable.The way to research and analyze painting in flow way can provide method in electric vacuum painting and reference to improve such painting machine.
