Along with the science and technology, market economy as well as theequipment manufacturing industry to develop, the blade as the key parts in the field ofenergy, power, aerospace, the complex surface machining is put forward highprecision, high efficiency, high quality and flexibility, the surface machining qualityand geometric accuracy is directly related to the energy power equipmentperformance and efficiency. Generally, The blades are firstly machined by casting orprecision forging, then by CNC milling, and at last by polishing processing, and thepolishing processing is one of the important steps to improve machining quality andmachining accuracy.For the polishing machining of blade parts, combined with the structurecharacteristics of the blade, Jilin university institute of intelligent precisionmanufacturing has developed a double-sided synchronous high efficiency polishingmachine for blade finishing, this machine can be from double-sided synchronousgrinding and polishing for blade finishing, greatly improve the efficiency of thepolishing processing, double stress effectively avoid the deformation in machining.Based on the double-sided synchronous high efficiency polishing machine for bladefinishing as the foundation, according to the requirements of the blade surfaceprocessing, has developed a set of constant pressure grinding and polishing toolssystems with surface adaptability, in order to improve the quality and accuracy of thepolishing processing. This article mainly from four aspects to carry out the constantpressure grinding&polishing key technology research, including the constant pressuretool system design, the hardware of control system, constant pressure control system software research and development and the polishing experiment.Because of the polishing pressure is the main factors influencing of the quality ofblade, abrasive belt wear and machining accuracy. The constant grinding pressure canbe very good to adapt to changes in blade surface, avoiding the phenomenon ofuneven surface polishing, improve the surface accuracy, extend the life of abrasivebelt. This paper developed a suit of system of the constant pressure abrasive beltgrinding and polishing tools with abrasive belt as the polishing tool, ring mill grindingmethod, using pneumatic proportional polishing pressure control mechanism, throughthe force of decoupling, achieve the goal of constant pressure grinding and polishing.Based on spatial location relationship of various components and the effect ofabrasive belt tension in the horizontal component for the polishing pressure, Thepolishing pressure decoupling mathematical model is established, which is the key torealize accurate control the polishing pressure, which laid a foundation for thefollow-up control system software.According to the abrasive belt grinding and polishing tools system for thefunctional requirement of the grinding pressure and line speed, this paper adoptshardware system consists of PC, USB1020and USB-4711A. The control systemhardware is divided into motion control system and data acquisition control system.Motion control system includes USB1020motion control card and AC servo system.Data acquisition control system including the USB-4711-A data acquisition card,electric proportional valve, pressure reducing valve and sensors. To motion controlsystem, research is mainly done on its structure, function and character. For dataacquisition control system focuses on the characteristics of the data acquisitionmodule and function and reasonable configuration software parameters to meet therequirements of data collection and control.Control system software has a good man-machine interface, including PCsoftware and system software of two parts. The development of PC software isdeveloped based on VC++environment, combined with the function of software design and analysis, PC software is divided into five module including manual control,parameter setting, data collection and storage, information display and polishingpressure control. PC software realize the operations of the USB-4711A by calling thelibrary function, has realized the polishing of real-time data acquisition, dynamiccurve display, data saving and the polishing pressure compensation function. Systemsoftware can be set for analog input/output parameters and test, can receive onlineinstruction and perform the corresponding operation.Based on machine tools and constant pressure grinding and polishing toolssystem finished the polishing pressure control effect validation, and the factorsaffecting the polishing surface quality of the experimental research. The experimentalresults show that the constant pressure grinding and polishing tools system can moreaccurately control the polishing pressure, satisfy the polishing requirements of finishmachining for the polishing pressure control, and the influence of process parameterson the polishing surface quality.
