The dynamic kinetic resolution (DKR) of aromatic sec-alcohols has been studied in this paper. In the research, we designed and selected the racemic catalysts, chose acyl donors, studied the coupling process of racemic catalyst and lipase. Fortunately, we obtained3solid acid catalysts and2nano catalysts. These catalysts, with good racemization activity, were compatible with lipase. Good results, yield>99%and eep>99%, could be obtained when coupling solid acid catalyst with lipase as a system to bulid the DKR of aromatic sec-alcohols. It is noteworthy that high yield and excellent eep could be gotten as simple acyl donor was used in the system of nano catalyst and lipase combo.Based on the deep study of acidic resin, CD8604and CD550, as a racemic catalyst in the DKR of sec-alcohols in our preliminary research, we found that-SO3H loaded on the acid resin was the core functional group on the racemization reaction. So we synthesised3new racemic catalysts, A12O3/SO42-, TiO2/SO42-, ZrO2/SO42-, with-SO3H to coulp with lipase in the DKR of sec-alcohols. Luckly, the system of solid and lipase has broad substrate spectrum and good reusability. Most of the DKRs of sec-alcohols achieved almost100%optical purity at100%yield when4-chlorophenyl valerate was used as acyl donor.With the further research, we screened2nano catalysts owned good racemization activity and compatility to lipase. High yield and excellent eep could be gotten as vinyl butyrate was used as acyl donor in DKR of rac-1-phenylethanol catalyzed by the system of nano catalyst and lipase. One nano catalyst is sulfonated sepiolite. After the optimization of the preparation conditions and the coupling process of lipase and sulfonated sepiolite, the DKR of rac-1-phenyleyhamnol was successfully constructed. High yield (98.5%) and good eep (98.2%) could be gotten after12hours reaction under25℃. Satisfactorily, the system of lipase and sulfonated sepiolite showed broad substrate spectrum and good reusability. The other nano catalyst is SBA-15/SO42-. After the optimization of the preparation conditions and the coupling process of lipase and SBA-15/SO42-, the DKR of rac-l-phenyleyhamnol was successfully constructed. High yield (96.5%) and good eep (93.7%) could be gotten after12hours reaction under25℃.
