It must own the condition of good thermal and air breathability performance asthe advanced bedding. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the high-ranking bedding withthermal and air breathability performance for better service to the public. The study of superfineshaped acrylic product will be with better prospects and market potential.The paper observed the vertical and horizontal cross-section of superfine shaped acrylicfiber by electron microscopy. After that test basic physical properties of the fiber such as theregain, breaking strength, elongation and so on. It can be concluded these results. Thelongitudinal section of the fiber is Uniform and dense and there are large inter-capillary zonebetween monofilament to provide superior moisture wicking capabilities. The cross-section isdouble “T†and it is not easy to be together between the individual fibers. This shape formed aninsulating layer and provided warm and still air to make the fiber have a good fluffy, coverageand warmth.The issue tested comfort and conformal properties of seven kinds fabric of the A seriesincluding thermalã€air breathabilityã€wickingã€moisture resistanceã€crease recovery, rigid, drapeand anti-pilling performance. The result shows that by testing and analyzing,50/50superfineshaped acrylic/viscose blended fabrics are superior than mixing modal of combed cotton fabricson comfort and conformal aspects, that is, compared with modal and cotton, viscose is moreappropriate to blend with superfine shaped acrylic fiber. It is suitable for development intoproducts with good moisture absorption﹑air permeability and thermal performance fabrics.Compared with the proportion of superfine shaped acrylic fiber in the viscose blended fabric0%,25%,50%each other, the50%uperfine shaped acrylic fabric has good overall performance.According to the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive comparison the result can be showed thatA5has good thermal comfort and conformal properties and it is more suitable to develop advanced bedding. It will be with good market potential.To get the better ratio of wearability performance on superfine shaped acrylic blendedviscose fabric, the paper designed6kind of fabric on B series for subsequent productdevelopment. The ratio of superfine shaped acrylic fiber content into a gradient is to make thebest blend yarn product and marketing development. The result by testing these performancesshows as the followings. In the fabric weaved by superfine shaped acrylic and viscose blendedyarn, the thermal performance enhanced with increasing content of acrylic fiber with a certainran; Air permeability, moisture resistance, drape coefficient and bending length have thedecreasing trend; Poor permeability〠water vapor permeability and softness become better.Wicking height and crease recovery angle of the fabric did not show a steady trend. When thecontent of the fiber is65%, the wicking height of the fabric arrived at peak. Anti-pillingperformance is not particularly noticeable. Based on the above conclusions on comfort andconformal properties of the B series fabric, added to the application of fuzzy mathematics, it canbe concluded that there are better comprehensive performance when the ratio of superfine shapedacrylic is50%and67%.They are better suitable for developing bedclothes.Finally, the paper, combining the result of testing and analyzing on two series’ fabric,develops the advanced bedding. The bedding materials are raw silk as warp material and50%superfine shaped acrylic/50%viscose blended yarn and60%superfine shaped acrylic/40%viscose blended yarn as weft materials. The weft materials are weaved by1:1. Then the weavingfabric is applied to the design and development of bedding. Design a set of advanced beddingwith good air permeability and thermal performance fabrics and make the product can berecognized and the use by more consumers. |
