Textile industry belongs to the light industry, is an important part of the national production. Itnot only solves the problem of dressing the basic livelihood of the people, but also toproduce building textiles,medical textiles, geo textiles and Yu textile. Modern textile machinery isdeveloping toward to high speed, standardization, versatility, high efficiency, lowmaintenance cost, high degree of automation, low energy consumption and the direction ofdevelopment, the development direction is to cater toimprove production efficiency, reducelabor consumption market demand.China is a big country of textile, has the world’s most perfectproductionchain, but also the existence of backward production facilities, humanresourceconsumption and serious problems, especially in the traditionalprocess of spinning. However, thecore of solving these problems is to improve the degree of automation and precision, the mostimportant is the yarn tension control system.This paper analyzed and summarized the domestic and foreigntechnology of the future trend ofdevelopment, put forward the active unwinding tension control system is the.According tothe analysis of the tension control system of the active unwinding type, parper puts forward a newsystem structure, and analyze the four core part of the system: tension sensor scheme, motor system,control algorithm and PC monitoring program, analyzes the selection and improvement of thefour part technology existing, choose the most fitting one.After the scheme is determined,thedesign concept and designdetails of embedded software, the embedded hardware, PC terminalmonitor program are described in detail.Subject completed the design of the whole system, and the system debugging in thetextile equipment manufacturers, successfully reached the highest unwinding line speed to1000m/min, tension control between5cN and200cN, control accuracy is one percent of fullscale,whitch means2cN. Through a series of experiments and debugging shows that, this systemcan control the yarn tension successfully and accurate, improve the efficiency of workers, reducethe human resource consumption and improve the yarn forming quality.
