In this paper, in order to realize the NO catalytic oxidation removal in simulated flue gas at low temperature (120~160℃), the NO catalytic oxidation process and catalyst were studied under the space volocity of3000h"1in the quartz tube reactor.First of all, metal oxide catalysts on carbon nanofibers growing on carbon fibers (CNFs-GF) were investigated at120~160℃. The results showed that V2O5/CNFs-GF and Bi2O3/CNFs-GF were the better catalysts in metal oxide catalysts in this paper. The NO conversions over these two catalysts were all more than40%.The influence of catalyst supports including coconut shell activated carbon, carbon felt, CNFs-GF and A12O3was studied. The CNFs-GF was found to be the best support. The NO conversions over metal sulfate catalysts were all more than15%in the study, and the highest NO conversion was displayed on Ti(SO4)2/CNFs-GF (42%). The activated carbon powder also showed a catalytic oxidation ability as high as47%.At last, the influence of SO2and H2O was studied. MnOx-ReOy had a better sulfur resistance compared with other catalysts. But H2O had an inhibitory effect on the catalytic oxidation.
