Haihe river basin is near to the east China sea, but it is one of the least rainfall area, in the basin the rainfall distribution is uneven. The climate type of haihe river basin are including the semi-arid climate zone area and humid climate zone, within the scope of river basin there are various types of terrain, at the same time it is the sensitive area included changing global climate, at the changing environment background,Haihe river basin just have weak hydrologic cycle mechanism research, with the more and more application environment isotope researches mechanism of water cycle, precipitation is the most basic link in the process of water circulation, the change of the stable isotope composition of precipitation in the water cycle at different stages (Evaporation and condensation),having isotope fractionation, and performance with the changing of time and space, so they are becoming to the ideal Natural tracer, and have widespreadly use in researching regional and global scale process of hydrology and climate.In the paper Stable isotopes in precipitation data and the corresponding meteorological data are supplied by The global precipitation isotope observation (GNIP),other data are supplied with the measurement of the samples On June20,2012to December31,2012period, applying Air resources Laboratory supplied HYSPLIT model and SOI index, and using and many softwares Analysis the change of Haihe basin Stable isotopes in precipitation show the Seasonality effect, sitions at the spatio-temporal level,finding that with the has a long Time series of station display, Also finding that atmospheric precipitation line of the Haihe Basin is:8D=7.839δ18O+5.110,that slope is similar to Global Meteoric Water Line, which confirmed fact that Haihe Basin close to the sea. The study sites’deuterium surplus have variation characteristics that summer time deuterium surplus is under10%o, in winter time that is more than10%o, which is correspond to Haihe basin Atmospheric circulation background, using HYSPLIT Model show isotope δ18O extremum value 48hours backward vapor transport path,which clearly displayed different Water vapor source path, during the summer monsoon, stable isotopes in precipitation show precipitation effect but no temperature effect, the rest of the month, show the temperature effect no precipitation effect, In this paper, the eastern monsoon region in our country is parted, which show at same monsoon region.
