With the development of optical fiber sensing technology, optical fiber communication technology and information technology, in the recent ten years, under many researchers’ promotion and exploration,the optical fiber sensing technology are more and more familiar with and used by the people, while the information technology is also applied more to the people’s production and life. Combinating the fiber Bragg grating sensing technology with the traditional pickups detection principle, and researching the fiber Bragg grating pickup of high sensitivity, high performance, and low loss, then applying it to the3D mine sound emergency monitoring platform system, developing the3D mine sound emergency monitoring technology based on the fiber Bragg grating, is the need of the modern industry production and life’s development on the sound pickup and monitoring, and it has the great value and far-reaching significance for the industrial production and life.The main research contents of this thesis is the FBG pickup and its software system with3D mine emergency sound monitoring functions. In the thesis, the sensor parameters of the FBG pickup are deduced theoretically, the simulation is analyzed by the ANSYS software, the sensor structure is designed and experimented on the simulation results, and the FBG sound source localization and sound emergency monitoring software system based on the3D visualization platform is designed and developed with the application of the simple sound source localization sensor array which comprises the FBG pickups. The main contents of this paper are:Firstly, the background and significance of the research are introduced, the research status and progress of fiber Bragg grating pickup and3D mine visualization software system is elaborated, the defects of the traditional electric pickup used in coal mine and other specific situations and circumstances, the advantage of fiber Bragg grating pickup and the using significance of3D mine visualization speech emergency monitoring calling system are pointed out, thus the acoustic wave sensing technique of fiber Bragg grating pickups is further explained, which includes the sensing principle and model of fiber Bragg grating, the principle and method of the demodulation.Then, the expression of fiber Bragg grating pickup sensitive component vibration membrane’s parameters and motion law is theoretically analyzed, the sensitive parts are analyzed by the finite element simulation using ANSYS software, and further on the basis of the above theoretical formula and simulation results, the structure of FBG pickup is designed and researched, experiments are carried out to test the FBG pickup, and the experimental results are obtained while the experimental data is analyzed.Finally, the fiber Bragg grating sound source localization and speech emergency monitoring system is designed and developed. This system is based on3D visualization platform, combined with fiber Bragg grating pickup, and used in the industrial environment that requires intrinsically safe such as coal mine.
