Based on two-variable AC-AC frequency converter natural non-circulating controltheory, this article researched the control strategy of two-variable AC-AC converterclosed-loop speed control system. Firstly, this paper analyzed the staged frequencyoutput by two-variables AC-AC frequency converter, and combined the merits andshortcomings of variable frequency speed regulation and variable voltage speedregulation, pointed out that variable voltage at power frequency speed regulationmethod should be used in high speed stage, variable voltage at division frequency inmid speed stage, and frequency conversion in low speed stage, with the view ofrealizing the whole range of continuous speed regulation.Secondly, this paper analyzed the variable structure characteristics of two-variableAC-AC converter speed control system in the variable voltage at power frequencyspeed-adjusting and variable voltage at division frequency speed-adjusting andfrequency conversion speed-adjusting. According to the variable structurecharacteristics shown in two-variable AC-AC converter speed control system, theexpert PID was introduced into two-variable AC-AC converter closed-loop speedcontrol system; simulation model of closed-loop speed control system was built underMATLAB, and the performance of two-variable AC-AC converter speed control systembased on expert PID was researched by the simulation.Finally, this paper built the six-wave wave two-variable AC-AC converter speedregulation experiment system; The PID parameters at each divided frequency has beenset through a large number of experiments, and the expert PID parameters and the rulesfor expert PID on-line adjustment has been summarized. This paper experimentallystudied on expert PID control strategy of six-wave two-variable AC-AC converterclosed-loop speed regulation system, and the simulation and experimental results showthat the six-wave AC-AC converter closed-loop speed control system based on expertPID has good static and dynamic performance.
