The distribution transformer long-term will lead to a series of questions in unbalanced operation. Such as increase transformer losses, reduce the transformer output, reduce the active power output of the motor, increase the loss of distribution lines and damage to the users of electrical equipment. Currently, three-phase unbalanced distribution transformers, general measures taken by the commutation and reactive power compensation. Due to the low rate of single-phase electrical equipment at the same time, the electricity customers monthly have large electricity differences. Measures commutation load analysis of the distribution transformer three-phase load imbalance, the result is not satisfactory. Reactive power compensation device can be reduced to some extent, distribution transformers and three-phase unbalance, but on the grid will have an impact, such as reactive power compensation equipment in the capacitor harmonic current amplification and the device compensation control strategy can’t meet the user demand for electricity of all nature.This article is based on the integration of distribution transformer monitoring and analysis system. We have comprehensive grasp of the status of unbalanced three-phase distribution transformers and the load characteristics of the various types of typical user in Jiangxi Province. In the management of governance measures, according to the unbalanced three-phase current situation of distribution transformers and related business processes in Jiangxi Province, this paper proposed a three-phase load management. In this paper, efficient differential evolution algorithm to find the best load the operating table to work out the optimal commutation phase sequence. Dean district supply company35kV Tiantang substation Tuanshan line Zhangshiba village distribution transformers as an example, I simulated artificial commutation strategy by Matlab software based on the optimization calculation in this paper. According to the simulation results, I draw up a commutation operating table. Finally, I provide economic assessment for each of the technical measures.
