Energy problem is one of the major issues facing the world today. Renewable energy development just as solar energy, wind energy, hydro energy, biomass energy has been promoted all over the word. The use of solar thermal technology is the most mature areas of the solar industry, has been widely applied in the global. At present, the use of solar thermal by single-family solar water heaters transition to the cluster center of the solar hot water system which is conducive to improving solar efficiency, reducing per capita costs, demand for building integrated design. In this paper, starting from the automatic control of the solar hot water system, through the utilization of solar energy-saving control study to improve the system and reduce the energy consumption of auxiliary heat source system, to improve system performance. The paper introduces the structure and characteristics of a variety of solar water heating systems, Propose the system structure of separated hot water tank and heating water tank and fixed combination of two cycle modes. The main innovation:collector instantaneous efficiency assessment method is proposed in complex environmental conditions; constant temperature water control parameters adaptively adjust is proposed by the study of the flat-plate collector; study produced for the system level configuration factors that impact on the energy efficiency of the system has the lowest water level of production for the system parameters to optimize the allocation method. Finally, according to the energy-saving control method, design and implementation of energy-saving control software, the research method is verified by this experimental system. By experimental test data analysis, the energy-saving control software can effectively improve the collection efficiency of the system, reducing the energy consumption of the system auxiliary heat source.
