Test, launch and control system is the central processing unit of the launchingsystem, and is a dispensable part of the missile weaponry system, with thereliability of which a key factor of the perfect performance of the whole system. Thus, it is urgent and important to develop an efficient approach to diagnose thefault with periodic on-line test in case error occurs. This thesis discusses the fault diagnose process and some details onimplementing the method based on fault propagation path into a typical test, launchand control system by establishing a duplication of the system after thoroughlyanalyzing the system. Optimization of the test node is also considered to achievehigh-performance. Then, some verification experiments are conducted on parts ofthis system. To simulate the error on the system, a similar system including thesethree modules is developed for fault injection. The whole platform we design canperform fault injection experiments and meets the standard of the system. Some faults are injected manually on the platform and data when the systemcorrupts are acquired. The fault source can be located accurately using the databased on hierarchy directed graph. The results demonstrate that the methodproposed in this article is pragmatic and has advantages over several other methodsdue to its higher error coverage rate and lower complexity. Besides, this method canalso be employed on the diagnosis of the other systems such as radar, navigationand VLSI (very large-scaled integration) system. It also provides a prevision for thetest, fault detection and fault restoration of an ultra-complex system.
