With more and more extensive application of induction heating technology,induction heating power supply is studied more and more deeply. Super audioinduction heating power supply is developing very rapidly, and the digital, intelligentand networking control of it is a research hotspot. This dissertation mainly studiedcontrol system of super audio induction heating power supply based on digital andnetwork.First, the digital control part about induction heating power supply was studied, itmainly includes two aspects: chopper control at the rectifier side and frequencytracking control at inverter side. In view of frequency tracking, the composite controlalgorithm of Fuzzy-DPLL was brought forward. When the range of frequency error isbigger, fuzzy control algorithm is used. When the error range is smaller, DPLL controlalgorithm is used. The feasibility of this method was verified by simulation. Thedissertation finally verified the feasibility of the method in the prototype test.In view of power regulation, the dissertation proposed Fuzzy-PID compoundcontrol algorithm to overcome the shortcomings of traditional PID control and simpleFuzzy control. The parameters of the PID controller was determined by usingknowledge base, Fuzzy rules and reasoning, real-time on-line correction of parameterswas realized, the controller could adapt to any parameter changes of the controlledobject. The feasibility of this method was verified by simulation.Finally, network remote control monitoring of induction heating power supplywas studied. We use a dual-monitor program including remote monitoring and on-sitemonitoring based on DSP-MCU-PC. MODBUS protocol was used, the remotemonitoring interface of super audio induction heating power supply was designed viaVisual Basic6.0, the communication among a single-chip MCU and PC was achievedthrough the VB MSComm control. The correctness of the design was debugged andverified through on-site test. The dissertation discussed the design of the database server, Web server and the ASP dynamic server. WEB server was accessed to thedatabase server by using ADO components of ASP.
