The inductance sensor based on Differential coil is widely used in oil exploration andseismic detection. Symmetrical spring performance is the main factor affecting the accuracyof measurement.For lacking the necessary spring performance testing tools, sensorconsistency is not good.A highly precision spring performance tester was designed to testfunction of symmetrical spring in the inductance sensor based on Differential coil.In current,machining error is unable to improve.A highly precision spring performance tester wasdesigned to test function of symmetrical spring in the inductance sensor based on Differentialcoil.Highly precision spring performance tester measure coefficient of stiffness by given thespring deformation distance and detect the pressure difference.To design the transmissionsystem of the tester,Closed loop was adopted to control step motor. So, tester can give springsmall offset.Tester design micro pressure measuring mechanism to realize the spring pressuredata collection.Micro pressure measuring mechanism contains signal disposal and amplifyingcircuit,24bits Δ-Σ ADC, double median filter was applied in data handling to improveaccuracy of pressure detection module.Mutisim simulation tools for signal disposal circuitsimulation.Draw the high precision spring performance tester principle diagram and PCB diagram,completed the PCB welding and debugging. Complete the high precision spring performancetester for programming and debugging instrument. Debugging results show that: the tester isgiven maximum error of the spring is0.635um, micro pressure measuring instrumentmeasuring the maximum error of0.4mg. tester level0.2on the Richter precision,repeatability is less than0.15%.Measuring results of the tester meet the accuracy requirement.
