Up to now, The dynamic measurement for high pressure hydraulic system is the difficult point of hydraulic test, Ordinary volumetric flowmeter generally can’t realize the dynamic flow test for the high pressure side, because of their pulsation of the flow rate is bigger. This article mainly aims at reducing flow pulsation of the gear flow rate, designs a new type of three gear flowmeter, detailed introduced flow signal acquisition by Sound card, speed sensor experiment, three gear flowmeter structure optimization, the prototype calibration experiments through the virtual instrument.Based on simply analyse of the signal processing method, explained the cause of the sound card is chosen as the signal acquisition card, introduced in the virtual instrument software platform, the system design process which using the function of sound card to realize audio signal collection.Respectively from the sound card Settings, data acquisition, signal processing to expound the system parameter setting, the panel design, the procedure’s compiling. The system can complete the traffic signal acquisition and processing, can meet the requirements of flow meter foundational experiments.Aiming at the gear flow meter of this topic research, Design and processing the test bed which fits practical requirement of flowmeter, carried out the Gear flow meter secondary instrument experiment. After various sensors is verified in the gear rotational speed test,we can draw several conclusions:Sound acquisition system is stable and reliable; When the gear material is a magnetizer, testing efforts of magnetoelectricity and inductive sensor is superior to the Hall sensor. On the contrary, need to add magnetic steel, And the strength of the magnetic steel under the suitable distance between magnetic steel, the greater the test effect is better.In view of the three gear flow meter parameter optimization design, under the condition which can meet the transmission efficiency and high pressure system to measure system flow making the volume of flow pulsation and three gear flowmeter is minimal. Based on the design principle of meter, In according to each parameter constraint conditions to establish optimal mathematical model for gear flow meter and through mathematical software optimization toolbox and optimum procedure complete three gear flowmeter structure parameters optimization. In the process, greatly improve the design efficiency of the three gear flow meter, and to get better optimization results.Finally, Through three gear flowmeter calibration experiments obtained that the flowmeter has good precision and pressure resistance.To sum up, this three gear flowmeter can be used in high voltage system dynamic testing, and the traffic signal is collected by the sound card, the system has high reliability, low cost, high stability.
