Along with the development of our country’s economy growing and resourceconsumption, energy shortage has become the important restriction factor limiting theeconomic development of our country, to ensure the healthy and rapid development ofeconomy in our country, to save energy research is the key of the development ofnational economy strategic direction. Among them, with the increasing of populationand the continuous improvement of living standards, about the lighting electricityconsumption continues to increase, and it accounts for the proportion of the totalpower consumption also nots allow to ignore, study its good control strategy is thekey part to realize lighting energy saving.This article first from the research background and research significance, theestablishment of this subject research methods and implementation scheme, design ofhardware and software of the concrete structure, and the ideas of fuzzy control is usedin lighting energy saving control strategy. According to the research background andsignificance, the subject of the research method is to select a representative to testtwo sources to verify the voltage across the lamp and lamp illuminationcorrespondence, established by controlling the voltage control lamp illuminationenergy-saving control method.Through the relevant data and documents at home andabroad, considering circuit of harmonic influence, established the thyristor control ofthe coupling transformer for combinational circuits, realize the classification of theoutput voltage. For thyristor control of combinational circuits, select P89LPC936MCU as core and upper machine89s52control design for the next bit machine core,and the ideas of fuzzy control is used in the output voltage hierarchical controlstrategy, improve the flexibility of voltage regulation and voltage stability, and realizethe function of the lighting energy saving. The hardware design of this system mainlyincludes the voltage zero crossing detection circuit in the circuit, over voltagedetection circuit, over current detection circuit and brake pipe combination controlcircuit, software design, including the system main program, keyboard scanningsubroutine, voltage zero crossing detection subroutine, fuzzy control subroutine, liquid crystal display subroutine, etc. This paper concludes with a summary ofresearch priorities and results achieved, and the deficiencies and shortcomings in thisarticle to make a summary and outlook for the future energy developments.
