With the high-speed development of the national economy, even thugh the demand fortimber is increasing among the global, the forests area is declining every year. Robiniapseudoacacia L is the main tree species in ancient riverbed of the Yellow River, it is importantfor the forest development, but due to the management mode of single tree species, soiltexture evacuation and the capacity of water storage and proocect fertilizer of soil is poor, sothat it can not content the need of Robinia pseudoacacia L high yield, fertilize is an importantmeasure to construct fast-growing and high-yield plantation. In order to study the effects ofdifferent proportion of N, P, K on seedling growth, physiological property and soil microecological environment for Robinia pseudoacacia L. so design a three factors quadraticregression orthogonal design, which provide a reasonable fertilization, and have some resulton this experiment:1. In the first year, Fertilize is not have a very significant influence on the growth ofRobinia pseudoacacia L. In the second year, Diameter at breast height and tree height hasbeen increased obviously. The average height of fertilized R. pseudoacacia had increased bytwenty-two point seven percentin in control, and treatment fifteen had increased by thirty-fivepoint three percent in control. The average diameter at breast height had increased byforty-five point two percent, and treatment fifteen had increased by Sixty-four point fivepercent. The average leaf area of fertilized had increased by twenty point nine percent, andtreatment thirteen had increased by twenty-seven point three five percent. The averagebiomass of fertilized had increased by forty-six point nine percent, and treatment five hadincreased by Sixty-eight point two percent. The Urea(84g), SSP(67g), Potassium chloride(100g) is the most reasonable fertilizer application.2. The chlorophyll content had increased after fertilization, and net photosynthetic ratehad all increased too, after fertilized. For chlorophyll content increased, the N0K0P0is the bestone. Fertilizer application could obviously promote the net photosynthetic rate of acacia, forrate of acacia increased; the N1K1P1is the best one. Fertilizer application could obviouslypromote Leaf content of nutrient elements, it can increase the content of leaf N, P, K, and theN0K0P0is the best one.3. Fertilization can significantly improve soil nutrient content of forest land, but shouldattention the content of fertilization. Fertilization can improve the metabolism and breeding of the microorganisms, increase the number of fungi and bacteria in the soil. Fertilization canchange soil enzyme activity, improve the activity of urease, phosphatasea and sucrase.4.(1) In the first year potted fertilizer has no significant effect on the growth of R.pseudoacacia L, compare to the CK, the diameter at breast height and tree height have beenincreased obviously, the fertilization ratio of treatment eleven is the best one for the growth ofR. pseudoacacia L.(2) The Chlorophyll content has increased after fertilize in first year, butdifferences between the groups is not significant.
