The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Lactobacillus delbrueckii on piglet growth performance, growth and development of the digestive organs, intestinal mucosal morphology and activities of digestive enzymes of piglets, and designed to lactic acid bacteria are widely used in livestock production to provide theoretical and practical basis.1. The Effects of Lactobacillus delbrueckii on growth performance, digestive organs and digestive enzymes activities of Suckling PigletsRandomized trials using single factor experiment design, select16nest near parity, litter grew up around the eight hybrid piglets, number of piglets per litter were adjusted to8;16litters were randomly divided into two treatment (control group and the test group), each processing eight litters; piglet eating right breast before the first4d,8d,15d,8:00am respectively gavage dose of1ml,2ml,3ml,4ml Lactobacillus delbrueckii bacteria solution corresponding normal saline control group. Test21days, in the first trial period7,14and21days08:00from each group were randomly selected eight healthy piglets (choose one for each repetition) slaughter sampling weight for digestive, bowel length, intestinal mucosal morphology, trypsin activity was measured. The results showed that:(1) Compared with the control treatment,Lactobacillus delbrueckii significantly improved production performance of piglets (P<0.05), with good resistance against diarrhea effect.(2) In0-21days stage, pancreas and liver weight of piglets increased with age; stage of7and21old was not significant difference (P>0.05), Compared with the control treatment in14days piglets, the pancreas weight was significant decreased (P<0.05);0-21days piglets stage the liver weight in each group was not significant difference (P>0.05); piglets gut length with age increases upward trend, the length of each of the three stages of bowel basically no difference (P>0.05).(3)7and14days of age piglets, piglet duodenum and jejunum villus height was significantly higher (P<0.05), ileum villus height difference between the two groups was not significant;21piglets twelve refers to the intestinal villus height was significantly higher (P<0.01), jejunum and ileum villus height difference between the control group was significantly (P<0.05), the test group high;14,21days old piglets, duodenal intestine and ileum crypt depth experimental and control groups was not significant (P>0.05); jejunum at7and14days of age the experimental group than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05),21days of age differences not significant (P>0.05).(4) piglets trypsin, lipase and pancreatic amylase activity increased with the age of the rise, Lactobacillus delbrueckii can improve piglet trypsin and lipase activity.14days of age, piglets pancreatic trypsin activity in the experimental group and the control group was significantly different (P<0.01), duodenal trypsin activity test group and the control group was significantly (P<0.05);7days of age, jejunum trypsin activity was significantly higher (P<0.01),14,21days of age was significantly higher (P<0.05).21days old piglets pancreas pancreatic lipase activity test group and control group was significant (P<0.05);7piglets duodenal pancreatic lipase activity test group and the control group was significantly different (P<0.01),14days of age difference was significant (P<0.05); jejunal pancreatic lipase activity of comparison, the experimental group and the control group14days of age were significantly different (P<0.05),21days old piglets duodenum pancreatic amylase activity in the experimental group and control group was significant (P<0.05).2. The impact of Lactobacillus on pancreas digestive enzyme gene expression. Were selected6nest white newborn piglets, litter size, about8-11litter of piglets tune into8male and female half and half, and then the litter of piglets were randomly divided into control and experimental groups, n=4piglets (male female), piglet delbrueckii Lactobacillus broth, the control group fed with normal saline. The results showed that:the piglets fed influential the Lactobacillus delbrueckii right piglet pancreas and pancreatic amylase, pancreatic lipase, trypsin gene expression; pancreatic amylase gene expression test group and control group were significantly different (P<0.05), Germany Lactobacillus can be adjusted by a transcription level of pancreatic digestive enzyme gene expression.
