Aim:To research the relationship between SR-PSOX/CXCL16and HIV-infected subjects.Methods:1.HIV infected Patients without clinical symptom of HIV disease (named as the infected group) and HIV un infected person (called as the control group) were a I located. ELISA was adopted to detect the levels of the peripheral blood SR-PSOX/CXCL162. The level of CD4was tested by flow cytometry from the blood preparation of the infected person。The virus load was tested from part of the patients.3. The data was analyzed throgh package of SPSS17.0and a P value of less than0.05was considered statistically The differences between HIV infected group and control group-the infected patients who were under treatment and who were not was ascertained. As we I I as the differences of SR-PSOX/CXCL16between different channels of infection and the opposite sex. The cases were divided into four groups according to the CD4 bacteria count(<200、200-350、350-500、>500). And the differences between SR-PSOR and CXCL16were also ascertained. The relevance of bacteria count and SR-PSOX/CXCL16as well as the relevance of virus load and SR-PSOX/CXCL16were compared.Results:1.The SR-PSOX/CXCL16Expressions Level of HIV infected group is patent higher than the control group (P=0.000<0.001).2.There is relevance of ages and SR-PSOX/CXCL16of control group (coefficient of product-moment correlation r=0.672, P=0.000<0.001).3. There is no relevance of ages and SR-PSOX/CXCL16of HIV infected group((coefficient of product-moment correlation r=0.031, P=0.787>0.05).4.There is no marked difference of SR-PSOX/CXCL16between the infected patients who were under treatment and who were not, neither the differences of SR-PSOX/CXCL16between different channels of infection and the opposite sex.(P>0.05)5. The SR-PSOX/CXCL16Expression Level of4groups which were divided by the result of CD4+displayed no marked difference (P>0.05) 6. There is no relevance of CD4bacteria count and SR-PSOX/CXCL16or the virus load and SR-PSOX/CXCL16(coefficient of product-moment correlation r=0.017, P=0.924>0.05).Conclusion:1. The SR-PSOX/CXCL16of the HIV infected persons is higher than the control group. May be associated with high incidence cancer and card iovascu lar d i sease of the HIV infected.2. The SR-PSOX/CXCL16Expression Level has nothing to do wi th the treatment or the routes of i nfect i on or sexua I i ty or the progression of disease.3. The SR-PSOX/CXCL16Expression Level has relevant with the ages (The SR-PSOX/CXCL16Expression Level of elder ages are more higher than lower ages).
