Purpose To observe recent efficacy of porcelain artificial joint provide guidanceshow to choose indications of porcelain artificial joint.Method To observe the short-term effects of retrospective analysis of pain, function,walk and activity according to complete follow-up data of18patients in our hospitalafter porcelain-porcelain artificially total hip joint replacement (follow-up period from12months to26months, average18months). Analyze data with Excel2003andSPSS15.0(male12cases, female6cases, aged45to63years old, average51years old.Aseptic necrosis of femur head9cases, osteoarthrosis of hip6cases and rheumatoidarthritis3cases)Result According to Harris standard to assess clinical efficacy of pain, function,walk and activity: excellent12cases, good5cases and poor1case.
