Research On Care Needs In Community And Community Health Policy Development

All over the world, aging is a serious social problem. In1999, China has enteredthe aging society. With the increase in the number and proportion of the elderly inscciety, more and more people will suffer from diseases. Meanwhile, nationalfinancial cost is increased noticeablely by high morbidity and mortality rate of thechronic diseases,because of aging. Hence, promoting the health status and reducingfinancial burden are the core working in the aging society.Based on literature review, public goods theory and needs theory are used toanalyse as the basis. The study is to investigate needs and influencing factors ofcommunity health care and, identify the cognition and satisfaction of the residentsregarding to community health care. It is aiming to improve the development ofcommunity health care, the health status and decreasing the medical cost.
