In recent years, tele medic ine had rapid developme nt and become the hotresearch area in the world. The tele medic ine conta in many advancedtechnologies and is committed to mak ing patients can receive timely treatmentunder the limited conditions. At present, do mestic and internationa l tele medic inedepend on Internet techno logy. Patie nts can use computer to communicate withdoctors and get the treatme nt. Because this method only a llows both doctors andpatie nts to communicate in specific geographical restrictions, some researchinstitutions and manufacturers developed tele medic ine portable platform so thatpatie nts can use platform to detect and send the result to the remote doctor. Butthis innovation has diffic ult to promote in the market because there are severalproblems. First, the accuracy of results is not enough and only have the referencevalue; Secondly, the volume is large and the price is high; Finally, the platformproduct usua lly can only detect ind ivid ual ind icators and do not have thepost-upgrade ability.This paper design a te lemed icine mobile termina l platform to exp lore thefurther development o f tele medic ine model. The platform is d ivided into twoparts. Disp lay terminal used smart devices in people’s lives, such as mob ilephones, tablet PCs. The signa l acquis ition s ide uses wire less transmitter mode toreceive the data which transfer fro m termina l and calculate the comp lexphys iologica l signal by s mart device kernel in displa y side. The platform withsmart devices can abandon traditiona l mob ile monitoring equip ment such as LCD,data transmiss ion lines and many interna l arithmetic units. It has advantagesabout compact, portable, inexpens ive and low power consumption. The signalacquisition side can be connected with a variety of sensor interface and users canexpand testing indicators and upgrade of the platform through the Internet.The signa l acquis ition s ide uses processor as LPC1768with Cortex-M3coreand add SD card storage functio ns. The FatFS file syste m and phys io logicalalgorithm has been transplate in it so that the data can store and calculate at anytime. After dealing with the phys io logical data, the data can trans mit to themobile termina l by Wifi and Bluetooth mode. The mobile terminal includes twoversions which are iOS and Android and developed software to achie ve the data receiving and computing.With the growing popularity of smart mobile devices in the future, they willbecome an important part of personal hea lth care. This paper design theintelligent devices as a part of the tele med icine detectio n termina l. After testing,it can achieve the data collect ing fro m the receiver and trasmit to the displa y. Theplatform can achieve the desired results.
